Serene Montecito Studio w/ Private Garden

I had a wonderful time staying here - the garden, the Spanish deco, the location and facilities are just what you need f Positive: Beautiful interior decoration, convenient location, plenty of facilities.

This place was so cute! Loved the character of the place, loved having a full kitchen to cook meals, and loved that the place was dog friendly- with the private patio. The service from the property manager was top notch- incredibly kind and responsive.One thing I wish I would have known was that while it is very close to things, if you want to walk it involves a bike lane along a two lane highway that runs parallel to the freeway. I didn't feel that safe walking along that highway, so in order to go exercise or take our dog for any exercise beyond ball at the end of the street, we needed to drive.

What a lovely property! It was well appointed and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The yard was enclosed for our small dogs so we didn't have to worry about them wandering off!

The studio is very charming and Natty’s communication was excellent! He sent us his “not to miss” list in the area. Some of the highlights were hiking to the Montecito Hot Springs, the Ennisbrook trail, and walking to Summerland for coffee at Field & Fort. We are already thinking about a return visit!
